The IEEE WIE LATAM Alliance is a collaboration between different non-profit affinity groups present in various Latin American countries, which mainly seeks to maintain close contact between all these organizations in order to strengthen the work towards a more equitable and inclusive path for women and girls in the STEM area.

Jazmine Maldonado Flores, Civil Engineer in Computer Science, MSC. in Computer Science from the University of Chile. She currently serves as CTO of the Technology Transfer unit of the Millennium Institute Foundational Research on Data. She is also founder and president of Niñas Pro, a non-profit organization that seeks to empower girls and adolescents through the teaching of programming and to inspire scientific and technological vocations.
Sady Ferreira Medina, computer engineer, systems analyst, Master in Information and Communication Technologies. With more than 13 years of experience in the technology area. He has worked in the areas of development, infrastructure, data analysis and risk management. He currently works as a senior consultant, performing risk assessments in several companies in the financial, retail, consumer and agribusiness sectors.
Sandi Barrientos Zamora, graduate in statistics with 6 years of experience in the areas of computer science, statistics and strategic planning of organizations, with a master's degree in data science and specialization in business intelligence. Statistical consultant and co-founder of the community of Women in Data Science "Data Ladies", whose mission is to apply and disseminate data science in Peru.
