New technologies and work automation, largely driven by Artificial Intelligence, entail significant improvements in the efficiency of value chains, in addition to reducing costs and optimizing processes; but it also entails risks and uncertainties about the future of the world of work, generating challenges in the adaptation of thousands of workers to the productive world of tomorrow. What should we expect from this technological revolution, is it possible to optimize the productivity of labor processes without putting at risk the occupation and employment?
