Hans Löbel

Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. PhD in Computer Science from the P. Universidad Católica. His areas of interest include research in visual recognition (object and scene recognition, semantic segmentation), machine learning (deep learning, structured learning), optimization (large-scale problems and regularization), intelligent transportation systems, and Big Data (smart cities, platforms such as Hadoop or Spark).
