Ph.D. Student at the Institute of Political Science of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with Sociologist degree from the Universidad Católica de Uruguay. Inés specializes in Comparative Politics and Research Methods. Its main area of interest is inequity in Latin America and, particularly, the interaction between formal and non-formal institutions in the provision of social and political citizenship.
