Valeria Leiva

Student in the Doctoral Program in Statistics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Her areas of interest cover survival analysis, Bayesian statistics, and machine learning. She currently takes part in a journal club where topics related to sampling and modeling in social networks are studied. Under the Millennium Institute for Foundational Research on Data (IMFD), she works on topics related to genetic statistics.
