"We are looking to push the barrier of what was previously possible in terms of predictive recruitment and selection models, specifically candidate recommendation models and job offers, with a broad scope in terms of industries and job offers," explains Rodrigo Gorostiza, Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at Trabajando.com. The project aims to have an artificial intelligence model for the recommendation of People candidates for jobs and job offers.

Juan José Alegría, from IMFD Innovation, points out that "we are working in stages: first, for this type of project, it is essential to know and categorize the data we have, especially when we work with natural language, as in this case". The work of the IMFD Innovation team in the project includes the search, testing and application of various data science tools that allow recommending the best candidates for a job position, thus facilitating the search of recruiters and People from the human resources areas of the companies."These data are entered in natural language, and are large amounts of information that are difficult to address, because they are not homogeneous. What we do at Innovation is to find or create the best tools that adapt to the specific needs of each project," he explains.
