maqui.ai is a territorial artificial intelligence platform that facilitates access to the Chilean legal system by connecting laws, regulations, official rulings, maps, and other legal sources.

Proyecto

maqui.ai is a territorial intelligence platform that integrates data from different legal sources on urban planning and construction (LGUC, OGC, DDUs, PCR, administrative acts, and property appraisals from the SII) and organizes them so that individuals and companies can resolve complex questions about territory.

The answers found on maqui.ai are coordinated by artificial intelligence agents that search for information in a database of more than 25 thousand legal documents, connected in such a way that the agent understands the relationship between them.

The platform also allows users to request the list of background records for a property and ask for those documents to be processed and sent by email within a period of up to 12 business hours. The team is close to implementing the management of the complete title study.

The development is funded by ANID’s Start-Up Ciencia 2025 competition. In october 2026 it also became part of the first generation of proyects under Aceleradora Construir Innovando, a program designed to strengthen and facilitate the adoption of new solutions in the construction industry in Chile. The initiative is led by the Chilean Chamber of Construction —association with over 75 years of history bringin together entrepreneurs, professionals, and companies linked to the construction sector in Chile— with the support of ChileGlobal Ventures, part of Fundación Chile.

The research that gave rise to the platform was accepted into the Industry Track of the International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC) 2026, which will take place in Bari, Italy, between October 25 and 29, 2026.
