MillenniumDB

MillenniumDB is an open-source graph database system, developed entirely in Chile by the Millennium Institute for Foundational Research on Data (IMFD). It is designed to manage and query large volumes of data and can be used with multiple data models and query languages.

MillenniumDB is an open-source graph database system, developed entirely in Chile by the Millennium Institute for Foundational Research on Data (IMFD). It is designed to manage and query large volumes of data and can be used with multiple data models and query languages.

MillenniumDB has been implemented in IMFD projects such as TelarKG (Chilean constitutional process), Fichas Colonia Dignidad (application of methodologies to analyze the intelligence archive of the former Colonia Dignidad) and maqui.ai (an artificial intelligence platform specialized in territorial intelligence for the legal field of urban planning and construction in Chile).

The model was recognized at the international conference ACM SIGMOD/PODS 2024, receiving the Best Demo Award.
