Datos del Congreso is a new artificial intelligence platform that organizes information from the National Congress and translates it into understandable language, so that anyone can understand what Congress does and how it represents them.
The site brings together bills processed since 1990, along with every vote cast during their legislative process, as well as the activity of senators and deputies over the last 10 legislative periods. The information, which comes from the Senate, the Chamber of Deputies, and the National Congress Library (BCN), is structured using data science and artificial intelligence and is updated daily.
The platform also offers the option to connect to Claude and ChatGPT through a connector that allows users to ask questions about legislative activity directly from those assistants. When a question is submitted, the AI queries the platform’s database and responds with links to official sources.
