In recent months, Artificial Intelligence has gone from being a professional tool to becoming a personal resource as well. Today, millions of people around the world converse daily with chatbots as if they were therapists or emotional counselors, even developing meaningful bonds with them.

For some, this opens up new possibilities for companionship; for others, it can become a trap that intensifies loneliness and psychological distress. In a context marked by the mental health crisis, this phenomenon raises urgent questions.
