IMFD Book Club – ODEGI 2024 Online

We invite you to participate in the second edition of the IMFD – ODEGI Book Club online, in which we will discuss Invisible Women, by Caroline Criado Pérez.

Just as a wage gap exists, the book brings to light the existence of a data gap: information marked by male bias, used to define health parameters, design mass consumer products, or approve pharmaceuticals, among many other actions that impact women’s quality of life.

At each session we will analyze three chapters of the book, in a conversation moderated by Jocelyn Dunstan Escudero, Computer Science researcher and IMC UC academic, together with Daniela Moyano, Design academic at UC and co-founder of ODEGI.

The first session will take place on Thursday, May 16 at 5:00 p.m., and on that same day, a few minutes beforehand, you will receive the zoom link to join the session.
