2nd IDEAIS Seminar
SUMMARY
The II IDEAIS Seminar is part of the monthly seminars that aim to address topics related to the IDEAIS network: Intelligent assistants for spatial data infrastructures. These will be related to artificial intelligence, spatial data infrastructure, and spatial and spatio-temporal data management in general, with a focus on carrying out activities open to the general community.
On this occasion, three talks will be presented:
“The EU’s space programs: collaboration with Latin America”, by Luis Cuervo Spottorno, Principal Administrator – DG DEFIS at the European Commission.
“Galileo’s EWS early warning service”, by Prof. Dr. Manuel López Martínez, Head of Maritime Navigation and Search and Rescue Market at the European Union Agency for the Space Programme.
“Navigation and digital maps in autonomous vehicles”, by Alberto Fernández Wyttenbach, Head of Road Transport and Automotive Market at the European Union Agency for the Space Programme
