Gender and participation in STEM: Immovable structure or surmountable challenge?
The Millennium Institute Foundational Research on Data invites all interested persons to the talk "Difference in participation of women/rxs/res researchers in STEM: Immovable structure or surmountable challenge?", which will address the differences in participation rates of women/rxs/res researchers in the field of scientific research, along with the stereotypes associated with gender identities and their effects on the participation of people in STEM. In addition, we will discuss the applicability of international practices for the promotion of women researchers and researchers in this area.
