One of the objectives of the new Constitution is to strengthen and create institutions suitable for the 21st century, representing a more diverse and inclusive Chilean society. To what extent should public opinion influence the debate? That premise will be analyzed in a new forum "Public deliberation and freedom of expression in a more inclusive society: can we have both?"
